Chic Pro ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered platform for fashion, makeup, interior decor and body measurements. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or uploading a photo, you agree to the practices described here.

Account data: email, optional name, password hash, and authentication method (local or Google).

Generated content: prompts you submit, photos you upload, designs the AI returns to you, and the metadata of those generations (timestamps, settings).

Usage data: pages you visit, the features you use, IP address, browser/device information — used only to operate and improve the service.

Payment data: PayPal transaction IDs and amounts. Card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled by PayPal.

Photos you upload are processed by our AI to generate the result you requested. The original photo is stored only on our infrastructure, not shared with third parties for advertising or training.

AI processing is performed via OpenAI / Google AI APIs in transit. We do not grant those providers permission to use your data for model training.

You may delete any photo or design from your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone — for advertising or any other purpose.

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment, email delivery, AI generation), under written confidentiality terms.

Account data: kept while your account is active. Delete your account from the Account page to permanently remove it.

Photos and designs: kept until you delete them or close the account.

Payment records: kept for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from the Account page or by emailing support@aichic.pro.

EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA. We honor both.

All connections are encrypted with TLS/SSL. Passwords are hashed with argon2id. Photos and project files are stored on access-controlled infrastructure.

We follow industry best practices but no online service can guarantee 100% security. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use minimal first-party analytics cookies to understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Chic Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13. Contact support@aichic.pro if you believe we have done so.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site.
