Chic Pro is an entirely digital service. We do not ship any physical products. There are no postal addresses, no shipping fees, and no customs.
When you buy a points package, the points are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment. You can start generating immediately.
Generated images and PDF reports appear on the corresponding page (My Designs, Measurements, Wardrobe) the moment generation completes — typically within 10–60 seconds.
If a generation fails for technical reasons (server error, AI provider downtime, etc.), your points are automatically refunded to your balance.
If your purchased points were not credited within 10 minutes of payment, contact support@aichic.pro with your PayPal Transaction ID and we will credit your account manually.
All your generations are saved in your account and remain accessible as long as the account is active.
You can download images in high resolution and PDF reports any time from the corresponding page.
